FarmScaleIQ
On the floor

One rolling workstation per crew. One database behind it all.

Every weighing flows from the cart to your SQL system of record. Dashboards, SSRS, and any BI tool read from the same database.

The cart

Standard hardware on a push cart.

Designed for damp rooms and unreliable wifi. Scales with your operation by adding carts.

Cart goes room to room

One weighing, end to end

Seven steps from box to dashboard.

On the floor

  1. 1
    Label and fill

Picker pulls a pre-printed QR label, sticks it on the box, and fills it.

  2. 2
    Scan

Cart scans the box QR. The terminal looks up picker, room, and flush context.

  3. 3
    Weigh

Scale reading is captured and written to the local SQLite cache.

Behind the scenes

  1. 4
    Publish

Terminal publishes the transaction to the MQTT broker. Queued locally if the network is down, synced when it returns.

  2. 5
    Persist

The sync service subscribes to the broker and writes every transaction to your SQL system of record.

On the dashboard

  1. 6
    Monitor

Admin dashboards, the discrepancy page (live, every 30 seconds), and Harvest Intelligence tools all read from the same database.

  2. 7
    Report

SSRS reads the same data for period reporting — when running on SQL Server.
